Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting operations including: Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Monthly Close
  • Treasury management
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting package
  • Develop and manage an adequate system of financial controls
  • Prepare WIS’ operating and cash flow projections
  • Participate in the development and support of WIS’ strategic plans

Member Sales Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive is a driven sales professional. The Sales Executive reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This Sales Executive is an individual contributor that leads all new member selling and member renewal sales across a dedicated named account territory of G 2,000 SAP installed base companies.

Deliver WIS’s market facing value proposition to a 500-company named account territory of existing members and targeted member prospects. The Sales Executive is an aggressive Type A sales professional looking for a pathway to professional growth and increasing income. The Sales Executive executes an inside model that combines high activity-based prospecting and selling with strong communications and listening skills.

WIS owns and operates the 300,000-member strong SAPinsider end user community that actively makes buying decisions on software and technology solutions to improve their overall business performance and agility. This creates a dynamic sales environment for the Sales Executive to engage both line of business and technology roles. The Sales Executive positions the SAPinsider membership value proposition for both individual and company annual membership programs.

From the 1st day of on-boarding at WIS we provide continuous sales training on key sales skills, technology research and executive alignment to support ongoing career development goals for every Sales Executive.   • Engage line of business and technology end user team at G 2,000 SAP installed base client named accounts. Every client in the territory is an active SAP client faced with the challenge of how to get real value from their current SAP environment.
  • Manage an existing 500-named account territory comprised of active members, dormant members, event attendees and new prospects.
  • Position integrated membership packages comprised of SAPinsider Event Attendance, Member only events and webinars, Member only research programs, Expert Inquiry/Advisory and a subscription access to the SAPinsdier research library with an average annual deal size of $5,000 to $25,000.
  • Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales budgets for new member sales, overall sales quota attainment and member retention.
  • High activity inside selling generating 50-100 outreaches daily including cold calling, targeted email outreach, lead follow up, sales materials presentations, account development, list development, qualifying, proposal delivery and sales closing.

Sales Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Director is a proven quota driven senior leader. The Sales Director reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This Sales Director is an individual contributor that leads all new logo selling, renewal sales and expansion selling across a dedicated named account territory of software, technology and integration companies.

Establish WIS’s market facing value proposition positioning while managing a 125-150 named account territory of existing clients and targeted prospects within a dedicated area of technology focus. The Sales Director is a proven and versatile new logo acquisition and client growth Type A sales leader. The Sales Director leads an inside/out model that combines high activity-based selling with engaging interpersonal consultative skills. The WIS sales model combines research lead consultation and technology advisory with keen awareness of the GTM challenges that face technology providers. The Sales Director is the leader of the team selling process within their territory orchestrating the steps to assure sales success.

WIS owns and operates the 300,000-member strong SAPinsider end user community that actively makes buying decisions on software and technology solutions to improve their overall business performance and agility. This creates a dynamic sales environment for WIS to engage technology prospects as they implement their respective go to market programs and look to drive new high-quality sales leads.

The Vice President & Research Director is a senior executive leader and a member of the Executive Management Team. The VP will report directly to the Chief Research Officer. This executive will lead all quantitative and qualitative member research, technology vendor analysis, content publishing, strategic GTM planning, event agendas and support business development for the Customer Journey marketplace.

Establish WIS’s client facing thought leadership position on the Customer Journey through quantitative and qualitative research and software vendor market monitoring on end-end customer experience and service issues.

  • Achieve annual sales and revenue budgets for the Customer Journey marketplace.
  • Manage the Customer Journey research and analysis team.
